Some nice handmade pillows can be found at etsy.com. I like the “Take me anywhere suitcase pillow”, because I always need a small pillow when I sleep and I tend to travel a lot so this would be nice for my trips. 
Still, I think $40 is a bit too much for [just] a pillow.
